IRATA TRAINING

Thank you for your enquiry about IRATA training with Australian Industrial Rope Access. The Industrial Rope Access Trade Association is the only global authority in rope access with member companies in every continent & qualified technicians in over 50 countries. The association has been at the forefront of developing and diversifying rope access as a work solution and continues to take its two-rope, safety first methods into new regions every year.

The IRATA training syllabus is internationally recognised for its quality and thoroughness and the resulting certification and registration system for rope technicians ensures acceptance by contractors, from major multi-nationals to small business. The assessment of our training is undertaken by an independent third party assessor. Logbooks are issued to qualifying technicians and are required to log all subsequent rope work experience.

Because of the nature of the training, a reasonable level of fitness is required. You will need to fill in and sign a statement of medical condition form on the first morning of your course stating that you are fit for strenuous activity. Any contra-indication to the fitness requirements listed in the form will need an industrial medical certificate or statement from your doctor that there are no medical reasons why you are not able to participate in strenuous activity.

Full payment of course fees are due before participation in the course.
