Having trained two IRS boiler makers in IRATA rope access, IRS then requested that AIRA supply Level 3 site supervision for their rope access based works, for a Pilbara iron ore company shutdown of their Ore Processing Facility.

AIRA was pleased to be able to assist IRS and dispatched a Level 3 supervisor to the Pilbara. As always AIRA's supervisors were not just there to rig ropes, complete SWMS or plan for rescues but to become an integral part of the team in order to facilitate the works in as timely fashion as possible.

IRS were able to complete much more work than previously attempted and completed works in areas that were deemed too difficult by other companies. AIRA's approach to work, safety and planning enabled emergency work, planned work and additional works to completed well within the allowed timeframe as dictated by the client’s planners.

IRS were able to complete all works with the assistance of AIRA with zero incidents, zero injuries and zero dangerous occurrences, maintaining the ethos of both AIRA & IRS.
